POLICY

Appointments:

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late please call and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that arriving late will lessen the time allocated for your service. We kindly ask for a 48 hour notice for cancelling/rescheduling. No Show appointments may require you to provide a credit or debit card to be put on file to reserve future appointments. Time has specifically been set aside for you and this is so we may have ample time to fill the appointment. KTS offers reminder texts, emails and calls. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. 

The Level System:

KTS stylists perform on a level system. The level system not only provides a chance for our stylists to grow but also leaves our guests’ with the option to choose the level that best fits their individual hair care needs and budget. Please contact us for more information. We stand firmly behind all of our services. 

 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Adjustments will be honored one week from the date of service.  Due to the Artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer any refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
